Japanese Laurel (Aucuba Japonica) 青木（アオキ）

It started to snow yesterday in early morning and stopped before noon. Then, I found these bright red Japanese laurel fruits (Aucuba japonica) with water drops peeking from under the variegated leaves.

昨日は朝早く雪が降り始めたのですが昼前には止みました。歩いていたら、緑の葉の下から真っ赤な実がのぞいていました。アオキ（青木）の実です。
