Butterfly bush (Buddleja davidii) is native to western China, came to Japan in 1890, and can now be found across Japan, producing white and pink flowers from July to October. Those in these photos grow in a vacant lot in Central Tokyo on which a house or something is to be built. This means they should be removed soon.

フサフジウツギ（房藤空木） です。中国西部原産。日本には1890年に来たそうです。7月から10月に白やピンクの花を付けます。写真の花は空き地に咲いていました。これから家か何かが建つのできっと除去されてしまうのでしょうね。
