These are roses of Sharon (Hibiscus syriacus). I wrote about roses of Sharon with white petals and a red center last week while these hibiscuses are white in their entirety.

真っ白の木槿です。先週、白の木槿について書いたのですが、その木槿の花芯は赤。この木槿は花びらも花芯も真っ白です。
