Harassment in Plant World - Persian Speedwell is "Large Balls of A Dog"😁 大犬の陰嚢（オオイヌノフグリ）はハラスメントだ～😁

I wanted to see this for nearly a year. This is veronica persica, or commonly birdeye speedwell, common field-speedwell or Persian speedwell.

I wanted to see Persian speedwell for a reason. In Japan, the flower is called "Large balls of a dog" because a plant which is similar to, but smaller than, Persian speedwell and whose flower is pink, i.e., veronica polita or grey field-speedwell, is called "Balls of a dog" because its fruits look like the balls of a dog. So, grey field-speedwell (i.e., the smaller one) is called "Balls of a dog" while Persian speedwell (the bigger one) being called "Large balls of a dog." Their godfather is Tomitaro Makino, a Japanese botanist!! How dared he give such tiny pretty flowers such terrible names! This would constitute sexual harassment😁
