These look like lilies, don't they? They are three-cornered leeks (Allium triquetrum). The contrast between the white petals and the green stripes against the thin green leaves is angelic, but leeks are leeks! Its Japanese name also translates to "triangular leeks" because they have triangular flower stems. Three-cornered leeks are invasive. The solution proposed on many websites in Japan is to EAT, EAT, and EAT.

三角葱（ミツカドネギ）です。ユリに似てますが「葱」の花です。でも白と緑のコントラストがきれいでしょ！見かけによらず繁殖力が非常に強く、唯一の解決策は「ひたすら食べる」だそうです。
