Sisyrinchium Rosulatum (Annual Blue-Eyed Grass) 庭石菖（ニワゼキショウ）

This is Sisyrinchium rosulatum or annual blue-eyed grass. They're so small, 1 cm in diameter, and their striped receptacle (3rd photo) is so beautiful, isn't it😊? 

So, when finding these pretty flowers at the Tokyo National Museum, I was surprised, starting to photograph them while other museum visitors were passing me by to see the special exhibition of the treasures of Tofukuji temple!!

庭石菖（ニワゼキショウ）です。なかなか見つけるのが難しく、東京国立博物館で見つけたときは東福寺特別展に向かう人をしり目にパシャパシャしてました。花托（3枚目）の縞模様がとってもかわいいでしょ😊
