Somei Cherry Blossoms (Prunus x Yedoensis) 染井吉野（ソメイヨシノ）

They're Somei cherry blossoms (Prunus x yedoensis or Cerasus x yedoensis), the king of cherry blossoms in Japan! Most Somei cherry trees in my neighborhood produce flowers too high to reach, but luckily this year I've found a couple of trees with low hanging branches😊.

染井吉野です。近所のほとんどの染井吉野は高いところに花が咲いていてアップの写真が取れないのですが、今年は数本、枝が低く垂れていてラッキーでした😊。
