You can see pink sasanqua camellias in many places in Japan now, but not that many white ones like these. They're single petaled, so they look more fragile than double-flowered pink ones.

ピンクの山茶花はよく見かけますが白はうちの近所では珍しいです。一重のせいでしょうか。ピンクよりはかなげに見えます。
