This is linum usitatissimum, or common flax or perennial flax. The purple blue color against the green leaves is so beautiful.

The beautiful blue flax flowers are surrounded by my favorite uniquely-shaped plants, i.e., bladder campion, in the corner of a park in my neighborhood, which has been my secret garden recently😊
