I've just made candied pomelo peel for the first time this season. Because I didn't use fruit, which I ate last night😋, the peel is brownish (which I don't like😂) but sweeter than the hassaku orange marmalade I made last year. The peel goes perfectly well with a cup of coffee!! (I'm a coffee lover!☕)

出来立てのパール柑（天草文旦）の砂糖漬けです。皮だけ（中身は食べてしまった😋）ので去年作った八朔マーマレードと比べて色が茶色っぽいのですが甘くておいしいです！コーヒーとばっちりです☕！
