This is the flower of feijoa sellowiana or more commonly feijoa or pineapple guava. (It's not guava, though). The gold tips of the red stamens are so beautiful!!

The gold tips of the stamens are like toys! 雄蕊の金色がおもちゃみたい！

Last year I found one place where several feijoa trees were flowering in my neighborhood, and this year I've found several such places😊. Also last year, I didn't see the fruit because I didn't know when the tree produced fruit. Now I know that feijoa has fruit as early as in October. I won't miss it this year!!😋

フェイジョアの花です。去年は1か所でしか見かけなかったのですが、今年はあちこちで発見。更に去年は実を見逃したのですが、今年は、10月から12月に生ることを確認。見逃しませんよ😋
