This is Ipomoea lacunosa or more commonly known as the whitestar and white morning glory. The purple and pink ones are usual, but the white and yellow (which is beautiful, too!) morning glories are not, are they? The white flower is beautiful itself, but it's more so among the deep green leaves.
I was surprised that the white morning glory is a result of a mutation, i.e., deficiency of a certain gene.

白いアサガオです。紫やピンクのアサガオはよく見かけますが、白や黄色は珍しいのではないでしょうか。白い花はそれだけでも美しいですが、深緑の葉の中だと美しさが際立ちます。
白いアサガオなんて珍しいなと思ってググったら、遺伝子の欠損による突然変異の結果だそうです。驚きました。
