These are flowers on a Japanese witch-hazel tree (Hamamelis japonica). It rained and was cold yesterday in Tokyo and the sky was grey. So these beautiful yellow and red flowers caught my eye instantly. The yellow parts are flowers and the red parts are sepals.

マンサク（満作）です。昨日は雨でどんよりしていたので、黄色と赤の花がすぐ目に入りました。黄色が花、赤は萼片だそうです。
