These are Spiranthes sinensis or more commonly known as Chinese spiranthes. I don't know why but I think I see the plant more often this year than before. The plant's Japanese name is "crooked flower," which always reminds me of Agatha Christie's "Crooked House."

捩じれてます。捩花（ネジバナ）です。今年はなぜか去年より頻繁に見かける気がします。この「捩じれた花」を見るといつもアガサ・クリスティーの「ねじれた家」を思いだします。
