I thought this was Chinese lantern at first, but the balloon and flower shape is different. This is balloon vine (Cardiospermum halicacabum). The inflated fruit and small flowers (5 mm in diameter: 2nd photo) are so cute!! The young fruit is green. I wish I had noticed the balloon sooner.

風船蔓（フウセンカズラ）です。最初、酸漿かと思ったのですが実の形と花が違うので調べました。実は最初は緑だとのこと。もっと早く気づけばよかったな～😂！
