This is a white balloon flower (Platycodon grandiflorus). I saw purple ones last month and double-flowered ones a few days ago. I didn't know the plant produces white flowers. I wanted to photograph its balloon shaped white buds but couldn't find one.

白桔梗です。先月、紫の桔梗（キキョウ）を、数日前には八重桔梗（ヤエキキョウ）を見ましたが、桔梗って白もあったんですね。風船型の白い蕾を撮りたかったのですが見つけられませんでした。
