These are oakleaf hydrangeas (Hydrangea quercifolia). The flowers are greenish white at first (1st and 2nd photos) but turn white (3rd) and then red, which I didn't know. The leaves also turn red in autumn. Like other hydrangeas, what look like white petals are not petals but are sepals.

カシワバアジサイ（柏葉紫陽花）です。花は最初は緑っぽい白（1枚目、2枚目）ですが、白色（3枚目）になり、だんだん赤になります（知りませんでした）。秋には紅葉も楽しめるそうです。他の紫陽花同様、花びらに見えるのは萼です。
