Water Snowflake is "GAGA" in Japan...😆 ガガブタ😆

Japanese follows English. 英語の後に日本語が続きます。

Water snowflake ガガブタ

Water snowflake is called "Gaga buta," meaning a "mirror (i.e., gaga) lid (buta)," in Japanese because its leaves often cover the surface of a pond, which was called "water mirror" in Japan.

There is one more thing. "Buta (豚 or ブタ)" in Japanese means PIG🐽, which makes this plant sound prettier🐽🐽 and me love this hairy flower more😆!!
