This looks like Doraemon's Hopter, or a bamboo copter or bamboo dragonfly, doesn't it? This is a maple samara (i.e., maple tree fruit). So cute!!

Japanese maple trees are very popular for their beautiful autumn leaves, and people go and see maple trees in fall, but they don't know what they're missing! Maple trees have not only beautiful leaves but also cute Japanese maple berries I wrote late March and these fruits!
Before the pandemic, I went to Kyoto where there are many temples and shrines famous for fall leaves once or twice a year. After Covid-19, I'll definitely go there again but during the off season to see the cute berries and these "Hopters🚁"😉

楓（かえで）の翼果です。「翼果」というのは果皮の一部が平らな翼状に発達した果実。知りませんでした😅 楓というと紅葉が有名ですが、3月末に書いた楓の実、そしてこの翼果もカワイイです。
コロナの前は年に1～2回京都に行ってました。コロナが終わったら今度はオフシーズン（紅葉と桜の時期以外）の京都で楓の実と「タケコプター🚁」ならぬ翼果を見に行こうと思います😉
