Japanese bushclover is pink

The seed pods are like "edamame" green soybeans!

I had heard of Japanese bushclover, but hadn't seen the flower or known that it was pink or its seed pods were like edamame green soybeans.

Edamame is a Japanese dish or boiled salted green soybean pods, usually served as a starter. It goes well with beer, highball, wine or any alcohol😁If you have come to Japan and an izakaya restaurant or Japanese-style pub, you may have eaten or heard about this very popular and healthy dish.

After appreciating the beauty of these flowers, I enjoyed sake and edamame as the famous Japanese saying goes, "Dumplings rather than flowers(🌸<🍡)."
