Despite the name, butterfly flowers are native to China. They arrived in Japan a long time ago and can now be found across the country. Their color and shape are beautiful. In the language of flowers, the fringed iris symbolizes 'rebellious' and 'many friends.' Can you imagine someone who is rebellious but has many friends? I can't.

シャガ（射干）です。中国原産ですが、日本にはかなり昔に入ってきたそうです。色も形もとってもきれいです。ただ花言葉は「反抗」と「友人が多い」 反抗的だけど友人が多い人｡｡ ちょっと想像できません。
