This is WINTER CHERRY. It's been in bloom since last October😊🌸

I first found this winter cherry or cerasus subhirtella (miq.) last October, and wondered when the blossoms would fall. I've been observing them since then, and voila! It's mid-March and they're still in bloom. I now call them "WINTER" or "OCTOBER" cherry but may have to start calling it "FOUR SEASON" cherry sometime in the near future....
The following cherry blossoms have almost finished blooming. I'm now looking forward to Yoshino cherry🌸 (prunus x yedoensis) blossoms!!

近所の冬桜です。去年の10月から咲き続けています。今は下の3種類の桜を楽しみつつ（もう終わりかな｡｡｡）、染井吉野（ソメイヨシノ）が満開になるのを待ってます🌸
それにしてもこの桜、今は「冬桜」と呼んでますが、ホントは「四季桜」？観察続けます！下も全て冬桜です。
