They're spiderwort (Tradescantia), standing out from their surroundings because of the beautiful color contrast between the petals and stamens. That's understandable. Purple and yellow are complementary colors.

ムラサキツユクサ（紫露草）です。道端に咲いているのにとても目立ってました。理由があります。花びらの紫と雄しべの黄色は補色。互いを引き立てあう関係だそうです。
