These are a netsuke (left, about 3 cm tall) and an ojime at Tokyo National Museum, both titled "Globe" and made by Kinuyo Hariya from mother-of-pearl and gold maki-e.

A netsuke is a small carved ornament, especially of ivory or wood, worn as part of Japanese traditional dress as a toggle by which an article may be attached to the sash of a kimono (source: Lexico), while an ojime is a bead, often decorated, used as a sliding fastening device on the strings of a purse or pouch in Japanese traditional dress (source: Lexico).
Their blue, green and gold colors are so beautiful that when looking at these parent-child like mini-globes, I get sucked into their world... Have you ever seen such a tiny but beautiful globe?🌏

東京国立博物館に展示されていた、針谷絹代作「地球儀、(緒締)地球儀」です。蝶貝螺鈿と蒔絵でできています。見てるとその色に吸い込まれてしまいそうです。こんなおチビ地球儀(でも綺麗!)、初めて見ました🌏
